"Penguins, Antarctica, and the Arctic & Polar Bears
Big A lost another tooth on Tuesday. She was very brave and quite thrilled to have it fall out. I asked her what she wanted to do with the money and she said she needed it for tithing. Such a sweet soul that girl!
PE:
neighborhood walk focus on walking flat foot & heel to toe. (30 mins)
Swimming lessons (45 mins) put face in water, jumped into pool, float on back by self
gymnastics (1 hour)...flips off trampoline, bar flips, balance beam, learning to do cartwheels...
Occupational therapy (1hour)...zipline, monkey bars, ball pit

*Big A struggled with Math on Monday working on rewriting additition sentences.

Theme: Exploring Thailand's Culture
Thailand: Listened to Missionaries come and tell their story about their travels to Thailand. Were able to look and and touch a few items from Thailand such as brooms, and clothes. Were given a child their age and photo to pray for.
--sample some fruit and drinks from Thailand!
--play a Thai children's game
--learn some interesting and new-to-us facts about Thailand
--practice drawing an elephant (Thailand's national animal)
WRITING
Trying out a new worksheet program that we found online. Big A did very well with accepting it , and seemed to enjoy it - we are working on grade levels 1 & 2.

4Cats Art Studio:
Learn professional artistic techniques using acrylics, charcoal and pastels to create some fun penguins. Develop blending and brush techniques using professional acrylics on canvas!

THERAPIES & SUPPORTS:
Occupational therapy (1hour)...zipline, monkey bars, ball pit ( I was not in the room with them as I had little A with me so we had to wait in the waiting room, so I just know what they did from what Big A told me).
OTHER:
FIELD TRIP: Krispe Kreme Donuts (forgot the camera). They turned on the donut making machine. The girls got to watch the whole process of the dough being put on the conveyer belt, ride and up down to rise, be put in the hot oil to cook, what happens if they dont cook properly , then continue onto the icing waterfall and then the cooling rack. They were in awe and excitement. The best part was eating them :)

foot) as she has a hard time with her depth perception.

We practiced dropping, first with me holding her waist, and
then she tried on her own – she was so excited that she was able to do it!
